Posters/banners

The Dean of Students Office no longer stamps posters.

Student Clubs or any registered student wishing to display posters in the University is required to have them authorized by the Concordia Students Union (H-711) or any of the other Umbrella Associations: ASFA (K-203), CASA (GM-211-14), FASA (CB-202-5), ECA (H-838-1), GSA (T-202). Only University activities will be posted. Concordia sponsored events taking place off-campus must have the logo or name of the association on the posters. Registered Concordia students may put up authorized posters to sell books, furniture, etc.

These must be posted on open notice boards, not on walls, in classrooms or classroom location boards, or in the bathrooms. Posters found in unauthorized areas will be removed.
